Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All of our orders are sent out Royal Mail 1st Class Signed, unless specified. This takes from 1-3 working days not including weekends. This may vary depending on time of year and bank holidays. Orders placed before 4pm (Mon-Fri) will be shipped same day. Fuses and other smaller items may not require signature, depending on quantity. We do not take responsibility for missed deliveries of recipient not being present on delivery or any other Royal Mail issue.

Return & Exchange Policy

All of our products are checked and hand packed before dispatch. All products will be stamped with a 'Pass' sticker to show it has passed our quality control checks. No items are shipped with batteries as this is against Royal Mail legislation.

If in any case the product does not function as it should, or if damaged during transport, you have up to 14 days to contact us for a return.

Returning An Item: Contact us via Email Or Phone, stating the issue and we will make sure you are happy with the outcome.

(Fuses, e-matches, talons & any other fuse type are non returnable.)
